Is this for teams?
Not yet. Phase 1 is individual only. Team plans come later with workspaces, members, and shared billing.

Plan limits follow the fulfilled upstream plan. The dashboard shows usage once a real usage source is connected.

Use of service
You are responsible for activity from your account and customer key. Do not share keys publicly, resell access without permission, abuse upstream services, or use the service for illegal activity.
Availability
Access depends on upstream provider availability, payment status, domain routing, and account fulfillment. Usage limits and supported models may change when upstream terms or capacity change.

CodexMax is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI.

CodexMax collects the minimum account and billing data needed to provide the service.
Data we use
We use your email, account profile, checkout status, plan state, and customer key metadata to authenticate you and operate your dashboard.
Secrets
Customer keys are stored for account access and should not be pasted into public channels. Backend reseller credentials are never intentionally exposed in the browser.
Support
Contact support through email or Discord for account, billing, or access questions.
Legal
Refund and cancel.
Customers should be able to understand how billing changes before they start a plan.
Cancel
You can request cancellation through support. Cancellation stops future billing after support confirms it, but it does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Refunds
CodexMax subscriptions are final once checkout is completed and capacity is reserved for the account, including pay-now-activate-later purchases. Because each subscription reserves limited upstream Codex capacity, unused time, unused quota, delayed activation, customer setup mistakes, or a change of mind does not qualify for a refund.
Exceptions
We will review refunds or account credits only for duplicate payments, failed fulfillment, billing errors, or cases where a delivered customer key does not work and we cannot resolve the issue.
Request window
Refund or credit requests must be sent to support within 7 days of the charge and must include the account email, checkout time, plan, and reason for review.
Upstream availability
Temporary upstream outages, model changes, provider rate limits, service interruptions, or changes outside CodexMax control do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Failed fulfillment
If checkout succeeds but your customer key does not appear, contact support with your account email and checkout session details.
Abuse
Accounts suspended for abuse, fraud, illegal activity, resale abuse, or policy violations are not eligible for refunds. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension while the issue is reviewed.
